This policy covers the Carrier Services Group internal receipt-submission messaging program (“the Program”). The Program is used exclusively by Carrier Services Group employees to submit photographs of business purchase receipts via MMS and to receive confirmation messages in reply.
When you use the Program, we collect: your mobile phone number, the images and message content you send, and the date/time of messages. Receipt images are used solely for company expense tracking and reconciliation.
Collected information is used only to operate the company’s internal expense-reporting process. It is not used for marketing.
Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies by usage; typical users send and receive approximately 10–15 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by notifying company management. Reply HELP for help.
